• Test functionality of lighting. Replace bulbs if needed, insure bulbs are same colors if possible
• Identify and perform any visual repairs that are needed
• Declutter and remove any unsightly furniture and items.
• Family pictures is a good practice to put away
• Clean home thoroughly, including window shades, glass, and flooring specifically

• Make sure all clothing and valuables are put away
• Make beds and tidy up the rooms
• Clear off dressers and/or desks
• Vacuum/sweep flooring

• Clear off and clean countertops
• Clean mirrors
• If shower curtain preferred to be open , then be sure to hide all bottles and items located in the shower
• Hide toilet paper roll as well as the garbage bin
• Remove completely or hang decorative towels neatly 

• Make sure all clothing and valuables are put away
• Make beds and tidy up the rooms
• Clear off dressers and/or desks
• Vacuum/sweep flooring

• If you have pets, please make plans to have them in a location where they will not be in the pictures
• Put away any pet toys and food containers

• Mow lawn and put away items that aren’t permanent to yard
• Organize patio furniture and put away kids toys

• Do final prep of home in anticipation of arrival
• All fans should be turned off
• All lights should be on, including lamps

Homes will be shot as-is, there will be an additional fee if photographer has to return due to home not ready
